About Compass AI

Compass AI is a specialist support service for people the digital world has left behind. We exist for the carers, older adults, neurodivergent households, and anyone who has ever felt that "just go online and reset it" was an impossible sentence.

Our principles

• Safety before speed. When risk shows up, we slow down and protect first.
• Human in the loop. AI carries context, but a real volunteer always can — and often should — take over.
• Privacy by design. We collect the minimum, encrypt everything, and let you delete it.
• Plain English. Reading-age 9 by default. No jargon. No dark patterns.
• Accessibility is the default. WCAG 2.2 AA minimum, AAA for crisis flows.
